Hotel @ Tzaneen

Our stay was really comfortable in a beautifully decorated hotel, with excellent and knowledgeable staff members and delicious meals served in the restaurant.

Comfy and magnificent setting, I had really amazing time.

Thoroughly enjoyed Tzaneen, the hotel was well-appointed by shopping complex. Genuinely helpful staff, answered all questions. I booked brand-new and neat room with all the basic amenities, a bath. Location: the venue was close enough to a decent mall and restaurants in town. Everything was simply nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by the staff at this hotel. They were friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room, such as the high-quality finishes and the presence of a bath. The location in the city center was also very convenient, with nearby malls and food outlets within walking distance.

One small improvement could be made in terms of breakfast timing. On Sundays, the restaurant closed quite early, which was a bit inconvenient for those who wanted a leisurely morning.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable rates and attention to detail. The rooms are well maintained and extremely clean, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at reception. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk to the town and close to a decent mall.

One aspect that could be improved is the timeliness of making up the tables at the restaurant.

The Wi-Fi in the room had very poor connection

The location of the hotel is convenient for those wanting proximity to shopping centers and restaurants. the eating area offers a pleasant atmosphere and helpful service. Rooms and bathrooms are kept clean and comfortable. the breakfast served is quite enjoyable.

One should note that the children's play area needs attention to safety concerns.

I would suggest adding a small table or something similar in the room on which bags can be placed

For our new year's stay, the hotel offered a good pool and a nice garden area for guests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. staff members were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

The room was not cleaned to a high standard and had an unpleasant odour throughout our stay. It's unfortunate that the overall experience wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped for.

The decor and the functional aspect of the room, the layout was carefully planned.

The fact that the people next door were smoking and it was pulling into our room, there was a water pipe leaking in the bathroom. And the stairs are very narrow, if you have to carry a small baby and a nappy bag, it is very risky.
